With the recent advances in medicine, as well as TV and the Internet, than ever before today people are conscious about short stature. With the benefit of modern science we now know that many of those affected bone diseases such as osteogenesis disease, it, prevent it from reaching full size. 10. Stacey Herald - 28 inch

Firstly we shall discuss world’s smallest mother, Stacey Herald, who is merely 28 inches tall. Herald suffers from osteogenesis disease that has left her with underdeveloped lungs and brittle bones. It uses a wheelchair for mobility.

In 2005 the Kentucky [United States] was married vicar wil Herald 5 ft 9 in an intern resident. The pair was told, was for them to have children, and because the weight of the babies Staceys destroy internal organs could potentially be dangerous. However, they decided to take the risk.

Like the previous entry Stacey Herald, Hatice Kocaman is only 28 inches tall. Kanha is early twenties and lives in Kadirli, Turkey. Previously, she had the Guinness record for the world’s smallest mobile women.

The little Turk size is probably the result of a genetic bone condition - and it also suffers from hip dysplasia and back problems. Doctors suspect that Kane inherited the disease from both parents. She is not able to work, but helps mother by running small jobs around the House.

In an interview in 2010, Kane said: “it was hard when I was a kid, because all my classmates used to tease me, as small. But now I’m famous for my size. So it makes me feel I’m much bigger.”

8. Edward Niño Hernández - 27 inch

Edward Niño Hernández is the smallest man in Colombia only 27 inches tall. born in 1986, has the former Guinness world record holder allegedly not grown since he was two years old and only 15 inches long when he was born.

The resident Bogotá suffers also cataracts, which affect his vision and finds it difficult to write due to his stubby fingers. Hernández had to repeat several years’ school and finally broke when he was 13. Th doctors still do notb understand the cause of his small stature.

Lin Yü-chih is a former shortest man in the world with a height of only 26.6 inches. Born in 1972, Yü-chih has brittle bones and confined to a wheelchair due to his condition.

5. khagendra Thapa Magar - 26 inch

Case Thapa Magar of Nepal is the world’s third shortest man. Magar suffers from dwarfism and is only 26 inches tall. In 2006, a businessman in the Baglung district of Nepal discovered him.

Known as the “Little Buddha”, Magar, declared the shortest man in the world October 14, 2010. On June 12, 2011, however, he lost the Crown to Junrey Balawing. Magar formerly part of a dance troupe in Nepal and India and now promoting tourism as a Goodwill Ambassador for the region.

2. Junrey Balawing - 23.6 inches

Born in 1993, Filipino teenager Junrey Balawing is the world’s second shortest man. He said the shortest man in the world on the day of his eighteenth birthday in 2011, but a year later he lost the title to Chandra Bahadur Dangi.

Supposedly Balawing did not grow since a few months after his birth. It is 23.6 inches tall and weighs only 11 kg. He has difficulty walking through his knees and must hold something to stand upright. Balawing condition having never been diagnosed but he is suspected to have defects related an endocrine or birth.

Balawing whatever State, this means that he needs constant attention of his parents. Despite his mobility problems, he is still in a position to help his family by domestic tasks as feeding their chickens.

1. Chandra Bahadur Dangi - 21.5 inch

With a height of only 21.5 inch, Chandra Bahadur Dangi is the shortest person ever recorded. Born in November 1939, short stature suffers Dangi.
