2. Moeen Ali (England):

This is a player who gives depth to the stick of England and is more than a router in practice. Early career with England as a decent drummer who can Bowl part-time off spin, Moeen has developed a good doosra and has made a remarkable contribution with bat and ball. 3. Ross Taylor (New Zealand):

Kiwi veteranís a drummer’s aggressive top-order which has won many matches for the New Zealand of difficult situations and is capable of destroying any bowling attack in the world. With all the spotlight being on Kane Williamson and Brendon McCullum all year-round, Taylor had a good 2014 in ODIs scoring 662 runs in 13 matches with an average of 66.20. 4. Haris Sohail (Pakistan):

The all-rounder is available as a refreshing in the Pakistan team change. Favorite drummer left average order Fawad Alam, Sohail had a good show in New Zealand, where he scored two fifties, got six wickets and was very economical. His slow left arm bowling helped Pakistan overcome the loss of Mohammad Hafeez (suspended over an illegal bowling action) during the New Zealand series. It is not easy to chase melon and can score quick works just as well when necessary.

5. Shane Watson (Australia):

Watson was out-of-shape most of the time in 2014 and there is talk of him rising from the Australia team. But it is undeniable that it was among the more coherent allrounders in the set of all formats in the past five years. Watson has been much criticised for a prolonged drought of execution, but he made good return to score 81 on the second day of the fourth test against the India. 6. Marlon Samuels (West Indies):

7. Shakib Al Hasan (Bangladesh):

There is not much expectations from the team of Bangladesh in the World Cup this year, but they have upset the big teams in the past and have the potential to repeat. Ch will play a major role in the campaign of the Bangladesh World Cup if they will beat the big teams this time. It is in third place in the ranking of allrounders ICC in ODIs and can surprise the opponents with his performance. Ch is unquestionably the best player of cricket that Bangladesh have already had. 8. Imran Tahir (South Africa):

Imran Tahir might not be a consistent performer in Test cricket, but there prove to be a match of football-win for South Africa in the limited-overs format. He has a knack for taking wickets and break partnerships in the ODIs, especially when it is used in short spells. Tahir is among the 20 players high in the ICC ODI ranking and is also the best option of spin for the Proteas. 9. Rangana Herath (Sri Lanka):

The left arm spinner was one of the most consistent Test bowlers in 2014. He took 60 wickets in 10 Test matches with a staggering average of 27.45 and and a 2.69 points economy rate per above. He has not played many ODIs last year, but chose in Sri Lanka World Cup team, as their main wicket bowler. Retired from Murali, Herath from go-to bowler Sri Lanka in Tests and if he continues his good form in the ODIs, he could prove to be a surprise in this World Cup.

10. Mohammad Nabi (Afghanistan):

Nabi lead Afghanistan newcomers to their first World Cup ever 50-over in Australia and New Zealand. It is the number eight in ICC ODI rankings versatile and will have to lead from the front and give extraordinary performance if the Afghans were to upset one of the best teams. An allrounder offspinning, Nabi was also the lessee main window at the ICC World Twenty20 qualifiers in 2010. Afghanistan are in Group A at the the World Cup with the Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, England, Scotland and Bangladesh. They will open their campaign against Bangladesh on 18 February.
